Done well, training turns the policy from a document into a habit.

Finally, you need to see what is actually happening. Monitoring AI usage, who is using which tools and for what, lets you catch risky patterns early, demonstrate compliance to auditors, and refine your policy based on reality rather than guesswork. Visibility is also the layer a ban destroys entirely. The moment usage moves to personal accounts, monitoring becomes impossible.
