Who is involved on our side?
A typical engagement involves a sponsor (CEO or COO), an operational owner (practice manager, COO, or IT lead), and a compliance reviewer. We work with whatever team structure your firm has. We do not require you to hire AI specialists.
Can we add workflows after launch?
Yes. The initial deployment covers two to three high-leverage workflows. New workflows are added through a defined scoping process, typically two to four week sprints per workflow.
How do you measure success?
